About the algorithm:
This algorithm is based on creating a closed curve by choosing random points on a polar coordinate system and then smoothing the joining
lines with a 3rd degree spline function.
Parallel curves are calculated by a linear transformation until a center point is reached. A certain number of such "floating
points" of different sizes are randomly dispersed in the image.
