About the algorithm:
A curve between two straight lines is formed by
dispersed random points and smoothed by a 3rd degree spline function.
The curve is defined by parallel vertical lines above and parallel horizontal
lines below.
The curve is then divided into 10 equal parts and randomly rotated in
90 degree intervals.
This is repeated for each of the 10 lines, thus forming a 10x10 matrix
of elements.
